Responsibilities:
- Drive business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions
- Develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and /UST’s capabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling within the targeted portfolio
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts
- Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions
