ALTIX MGI GROUP is a French-based company specializing in the design, manufacture, marketing, and servicing of advanced imaging and exposure equipment for the electronic industry. They are seeking a Field Services Engineer to perform on-site installations, conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain strong customer relationships in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Performing on-site equipment installations
- Conducting preventive maintenance
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Efficiently providing technical support
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Field Service and Performing Preventive Maintenance tasks
- PLC knowledge with Beckhoff systems and the ability to write code
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience providing Technical Support and resolving system-related concerns
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Ability to travel on-site as needed and work independently
- Technical or engineering background; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with industrial or technical equipment is an advantage
