Expression of Interest (EOI) - Field Engineering

Bechtel Corporation is a global leader in construction and project management, known for delivering successful outcomes across various sectors. They are seeking candidates for field engineering opportunities to support construction activities at active project sites, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Support on‑site construction execution, work planning, and sequencing activities
• Coordinate engineering requirements with construction supervision, subcontractors, and craft
• Review drawings, specifications, and work packages to support field execution
• Support QA/QC, safety, and constructability activities
• Assist with resolution of field changes, technical issues, and clarifications
• Support progress tracking, reporting, and field coordination
• For senior or leadership roles, provide oversight of field engineering activities, mentor teams, and support discipline or area execution strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting construction execution or field engineering activities is beneficial
• Field‑based role requiring work in active construction environments
• Ability to meet project site access and safety requirements
