As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technology and process improvement initiatives within the audit line of service, working closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and meet high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of technology and transformation projects within the Audit service line
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including Audit leadership, operations teams, IT, and external vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-hub and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
- Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure effective delivery and integration of solutions
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure clear communication and reporting of project progress to key stakeholders and governance forums
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and to drive adoption of new tools and processes across the Audit practice
- Facilitate user testing, training, and implementation activities as part of project rollouts
- Ensure successful transition of delivered solutions into business-as-usual operations, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners
- Monitor post implementation KPIs and escalating potential deviation from the project objectives
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple technology and transformation project streams efficiently
- Strong aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving with a structured approach
- Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders and cross-functions
- Ability to manage third-party vendors and external delivery partners
- A solution-focused mindset, capable of identifying and addressing challenges that arise during projects
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Expertise in evaluating current workflows and recommending improvements for efficiency and consistency
- A clear, concise and accurate communicator that is not able to assimilate information effectively
- Previous experience working in a professional services environment, including familiarity with audit, assurance, or risk processes
- Demonstrated experience in managing technology and transformational organisational change and fostering user adoption during transitions
