Infor VISUAL Functional/Technical Business Analyst Production Support
Contract 6 Months
Location:- Remote
We are looking for a senior-level Functional/Technical Business Analyst with strong experience supporting Infor VISUAL ERP environments, specifically VISUAL 9 (current environment is on 9.0.8). The consultant will play a key role in maintaining business continuity by supporting production operations, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting end users across multiple VISUAL modules in a customized setup.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day application support for VISUAL ERP modules including Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a customized VISUAL environment
Handle support tickets, user access requests, and operational issues with minimal supervision
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify root causes and recommend solutions
Analyze existing customizations and assist with ongoing enhancements, integrations, and workflow/process improvements
Support system stability and ensure timely resolution of user-reported issues
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL 9 ERP, including key functional areas
Technical experience with Visual Macros, VB.NET customizations, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL Server
Ability to support and troubleshoot customized ERP environments independently
Experience working in fast-paced production support environments
Strong communication, analytical, and customer support skills
Ability to interact effectively with both business and technical users
