Workiy Inc. is seeking a senior Business Analyst to support healthcare IT transformation initiatives for Shared Health. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting system implementation, and working closely with stakeholders to improve healthcare processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner) certification – mandatory
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis
- At least 5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment
- 8+ years of experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong experience in process mapping and gap analysis
- 5+ years of experience in HL7 integration and message analysis
- Experience handling healthcare data and resolving HL7 message issues
- 5+ years of experience with healthcare registry systems and EMR integration
- 6+ years of experience in system testing (test plans, test cases, UAT)
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and data analysis
- 1+ year of experience in Organizational Change Management (training, demos, adoption support)
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience working on large-scale healthcare or public sector projects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within strict timelines
