Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound business development efforts
- Successfully implement lead generation strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales tactics
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information

Requirements:
- Equivalent experience of 2+ years in sales or lead development will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
