Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth, lead generation, and market visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, audience targeting, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company growth goals
- Own marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization
- Lead SEO efforts to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and online visibility
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website optimization
- Monitor and improve technical SEO performance, site structure, metadata, and user experience
- Optimize landing pages and website content to improve engagement and conversions
- Support AI search visibility strategies to improve presence across emerging AI-driven search platforms
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing channels
- Develop and improve lead generation funnels and conversion tracking processes
- Build and optimize automated email sequences and lead nurturing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on analytics and ROI
- Test new marketing approaches and identify scalable growth opportunities
- Oversee the development of SEO-focused and conversion-driven content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all digital channels
- Support content strategy initiatives that strengthen engagement, visibility, and conversion performance
- Track website traffic, campaign metrics, and marketing KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Use data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns, website performance, and overall marketing effectiveness
- Manage and update WordPress websites following SEO and usability best practices
- Support ongoing website improvements, integrations, and digital optimizations
- Ensure digital assets and website content remain accurate, functional, and up to date
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or SEO-focused marketing roles
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and digital growth strategies
- Experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and SEO tools
- Experience working with WordPress and website optimization
- Experience with email marketing, automated email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
- Experience supporting B2B, staffing, recruitment, or professional services companies is a plus
- Experience in SEO, website optimization, and AI search visibility strategies that help companies improve their presence across emerging AI-driven search platforms
- Experience developing data-driven marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, conversion optimization, and measurable business growth is highly valued
