The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and developing solutions to meet organizational needs, while also providing flexibility with mostly remote positions.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes, and developing solutions that meet organizational needs
- Strong ability to work with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for IT systems and processes
- Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, and experience with Agile methodologies or related frameworks
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose data-driven solutions that drive efficiency and improve performance
- Prior experience working with U.S. Federal organizations or understanding federal policies and regulations is preferred but not required
- U.S. Federal security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred
