Business Analyst

Changeis, Inc. collaborates with U.S. Federal organizations to deliver innovative solutions and is seeking talented Business Analysts for future opportunities. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and developing solutions to meet organizational needs, while also providing flexibility with mostly remote positions.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes, and developing solutions that meet organizational needs
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for IT systems and processes
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, and experience with Agile methodologies or related frameworks
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose data-driven solutions that drive efficiency and improve performance
• Prior experience working with U.S. Federal organizations or understanding federal policies and regulations is preferred but not required
• U.S. Federal security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred
