Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with leading US-based startups, and they are hiring for a rapidly scaling AI-driven marketing technology company. The Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, generating qualified meetings with potential customers, and collaborating with senior leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting through high-volume calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings with potential customers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline while experimenting with messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies to identify scalable outbound approaches
- Work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Sales and COO, to refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Gain exposure to both outbound and inbound qualification while helping develop repeatable processes that support the company’s next phase of growth
- Join at an early stage where strong performers can quickly grow into Account Executive roles as the sales organization expands
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a high-volume outbound SDR role at a SaaS or MarTech company
