Applicantz is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Customer Success / Marketing / Sales team. This role is responsible for managing timelines, tracking milestones, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and ensuring successful program execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage technical programs from initiation through completion
- Work closely with cross-functional technical teams, including product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution tracking
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate meetings, drive alignment, and ensure stakeholders are clear on priorities and next steps
- Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalation needs
- Prepare program status reports and executive-level updates for leadership
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle execution, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities
- Ensure complex ideas, solutions, and decisions are communicated clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, technical program management, or related roles
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Proven experience executing programs across the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to organize complex initiatives and drive execution across multiple teams
- Comfortable preparing status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership
- AA degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting product, technology, engineering, or software-related programs
- Prior experience in a remote environment supporting PST business hours
