Dog is Human is a NYC-based dog health startup that makes cleaner, better dog health products by combining human-grade ingredients with veterinary research. They are looking for an A+ marketer who is great with numbers to manage paid media spend, analyze ad performance, and improve customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media spend across social channels (FB / IG / TikTok)
- Analyze ad performance and provide creative insights
- Optimize and build landing pages on website to improve conversion rate
- Figure out ways to improve customer retention and LTV
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- A natural marketer who is convincing & can come up with great ad ideas!
- You move fast, learn things quickly, and hold yourself to a high standard
- A natural love for games (huge plus)
- Bonus: if you have familiarity with Meta ad and designing with Figma
