Pragmatic Institute is the leading provider of product, marketing, and data training for professionals and organizations around the world. They are seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support and elevate their email and lifecycle marketing efforts, focusing on campaign execution, audience segmentation, and ongoing optimization of the email program.
Responsibilities:
- Write and manage weekly campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, resource-focused sends, and webinar/event campaigns
- Develop timely, trend-based emails aligned to industry conversations and audience interests
- Balance engaging content with clear conversion goals tied to pipeline and revenue
- Build and optimize segmented email sequences triggered by user behavior such as content downloads, webinar engagement, course participation, and other lifecycle actions
- Develop nurture campaigns that guide users from initial interest to conversion
- Support audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve campaign relevance and performance
- Manage and maintain HubSpot workflows, automation, CRM contact segmentation, and campaign setup
- Support lead routing, form connectors, lifecycle stage management, and audience targeting
- Monitor database health and contribute to improving deliverability and overall email program performance
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting
- Help develop and execute the email testing roadmap across subject lines, messaging, segmentation, timing, and calls to action
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Monitor key email metrics including open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, and deliverability
Requirements:
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, engagement, and conversion
- Experience managing email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, segmentation, forms, and CRM management
- Familiarity with A/B testing and lifecycle performance optimization
- Understanding of customer journeys and nurture strategy
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, education, or professional training
- Experience supporting pipeline generation and revenue-focused marketing initiatives
- Exposure to multi-channel performance marketing campaigns
