Responsibilities:
- Lead| mentor| and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives
- Set delivery standards| governance frameworks| and best practices for program execution
- Conduct performance management| coaching| and career development for TPMs
- Foster a culture of accountability| transparency| and continuous improvement
- Own end to end delivery of complex| multi stream programs across the construction supply chain lifecycle
- Drive planning| dependency management| risk mitigation| and milestone tracking
- Ensure alignment across product| engineering| procurement| logistics| and operations teams
- Manage program financials including budgets| forecasts| and vendor costs
- Establish and report on KPIs| OKRs| and executive dashboards
- Apply strong domain knowledge across o Procurement sourcing o Logistics| warehousing| and inventory o Supplier and subcontractor management o Cost controls and schedule impacts
- Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology driven improvements
- Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors
- Present program status| risks| trade offs| and decisions clearly and confidently
- Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines
- Influence without authority across matrixed global teams
