Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Project Management Specialist to collaborate with AI development teams. The role involves providing insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, while also developing AI training materials and guiding technical staff to ensure project alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Develop and review AI training materials that reflect best practices across diverse industries
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data-rich examples for AI model enhancement
• Guide technical staff and serve as a client-facing lead to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Articulate the nuances of effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and practical value

Requirements:

• Have proven experience in end-to-end project management across various industries and project scales
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts
• Demonstrate success in team management and guiding cross-functional groups
• Have strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including resource and budget management
• Have expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project landscapes
