Edurino is an innovative EdTech company focused on early childhood education through hybrid learning. They are seeking a Paid Social Manager to transition operations from an external agency to an internal powerhouse, refining Meta strategies and driving campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Own daily Meta campaign operations, aiming for peak performance through thoughtful budget scaling, real-time bid adjustments, and smooth execution
- Drive our strategic testing velocity by independently scaling creative experiments and A/B tests to hit ROAS and CAC targets
- Lead the creative pipeline coordination by bridging the gap between raw ad concepts and creators, ensuring high-impact assets are delivered and launched on time
- Implement and deploy custom landing pages, managing the technical execution and funnel optimization to lift conversion rates
- Execute deep-dive data analysis into campaign and landing page metrics to provide actionable insights that inform our long-term Meta strategies
- Coordinate seasonal promotions and new product launches by aligning creative concepts with broader business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider marketing and product teams to ensure our Meta strategy remains agile, streamlined, and synchronized with our mission
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing and scaling Meta accounts independently within a B2C or E-Commerce environment
- Proven experience of turning raw data into action plans and meaningfully improving conversion rates through landing page and funnel optimization
- Technical mastery of Meta Ads Manager, including knowledge of bidding strategies, audiences, and technical tracking like Pixels and Conversions API
- Proficiency in both English and German (C1+) to confidently launch ads and landing pages for our core markets
- Experimental mindset with a deep passion for psychological hooks and creative messaging
- You bring experience scaling TikTok campaigns
