Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Marketri LLC is a rapidly growing B2B strategic marketing consulting and Fractional CMO provider to mid-sized, growth-oriented companies throughout the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who will contribute to client planning while owning the delivery of digital programs across channels. This role requires deep digital execution expertise and strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, serving as a reliable execution lead across deliverables
• Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives including digital audits, competitor reviews, persona development, and campaign planning
• Execute full-funnel digital marketing programs including landing pages, email campaigns, marketing automation, social media, paid media coordination, and website optimization
• Own project tracking and documentation in Teamwork, keeping timelines accurate and stakeholders informed
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Databox — and translate data into clear optimization recommendations
• Support webinar and event marketing execution including promotion, logistics, and follow-up
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) in accordance with company policy to drive efficiency and elevate output quality
• Collaborate with the internal team and contribute to Marketri’s thought leadership program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
• 7+ years of professional marketing experience
• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and deliver on deadline
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot, SEMrush or similar SEO tools, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio or Databox
• Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in using them to work smarter
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
• Prior agency or marketing consulting experience strongly preferred
