Life360 is a company dedicated to keeping families connected through their innovative mobile app and tracking devices. They are seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join their Creative team, responsible for coordinating creative and marketing initiatives, supporting project management, and ensuring smooth operations across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Creative Operations Manager in coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Web Development
- Track and communicate project status regularly—keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables up to date in our PM tools
- Identify and flag project risks early, troubleshoot blockers, and recommend solutions before deadlines slip
- Help develop and maintain lightweight, repeatable processes that make it easier for creative teams to collaborate and ship deliverables
- Coordinate resourcing conversations and contribute to roadmap planning discussions
- Prepare project updates, status reports, and team communications for stakeholders and leadership
- Participate in standups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions—keeping things moving and decisions documented
- Look for opportunities to improve how the team works and raise your hand when you spot them
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination
- Exposure to Creative and Marketing team workflows—lifecycle marketing, brand, user acquisition, or content production
- Comfortable building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and briefs that real teams actually use
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Proficient with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Google Sheets
- Strong communicator—written and verbal—who knows how to tailor updates to different audiences
- A pragmatic problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait around for perfect information
- Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative, low-ego working style
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting retail, consumer electronics, or consumer app marketing programs
- Familiarity with developing process standards and workflow documentation
- Exposure to product-driven, cross-functional organisations
