1NCE is a pioneering company at the forefront of transforming the IoT connectivity landscape. They are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager for Europe to develop, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive demand generation, aligned with 1NCE’s regional and global objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns aimed at lead generation, including email marketing, paid advertising, events, social media, and content marketing
- Drive demand generation efforts by identifying key market segments, building targeted campaigns, and optimizing lead conversion
- Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and use insights to optimize future campaigns
- Utilize a variety of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads and nurture customer relationships
- Manage the execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Develop and manage campaign assets including landing pages, emails, webinars, whitepapers, banners, and social media content
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment across campaigns and customer touchpoints
- Develop innovative and creative campaigns that drive engagement and demand
- Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT industries
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and email marketing
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and lead funnel management
- Expertise in campaign management, project execution, and multi-channel marketing
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the IoT, technology, or SaaS sectors
- Understanding of European markets and customer behavior
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tactics
- Familiarity with A/B testing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement
