Artemis ARC is seeking two Senior Program Analysts with a technology implementation focus to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role involves driving multi-workstream coordination efforts to ensure alignment with VA modernization goals and managing program schedules and dependencies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-workstream coordination efforts for CCN NG and VFMP technology implementation initiatives, managing cross-functional dependencies across VA business and IT teams to ensure schedule alignment and on-time delivery of program milestones
- Support Agile development cadence activities including Program Increment (PI) planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and JIRA-based workflow optimization to maintain visibility and momentum across technical workstreams
- Monitor and manage program schedules, identifying and escalating schedule risks, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining integrated master schedules that reflect real-time status across all active workstreams
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination and communication across VA program offices, IT organizations, and external EDI partners, preparing briefings, status reports, meeting minutes, and executive-level summaries to keep leadership informed of program health
- Analyze healthcare systems integration requirements and EDI workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or technical readiness risks, and develop data-driven recommendations that support CCN NG modernization objectives
- Maintain program governance documentation including risk registers, action item logs, decision logs, and artifact repositories in accordance with VA and federal contracting standards, ensuring audit-ready program records at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of project coordination or program analysis experience, with at least 3 years directly supporting federal healthcare programs at the enterprise level
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline required
- Demonstrated experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal agency program offices on large-scale modernization, systems integration, or technical readiness initiatives within the past year
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust clearance (minimum Background Investigation)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work for any U.S. federal government contractor without sponsorship, in compliance with federal contracting requirements
- Proven proficiency with Agile tools and frameworks (JIRA, SAFe, or equivalent), and demonstrated ability to coordinate PI planning events, manage backlogs, and track sprint-level deliverables across distributed teams
- Master's degree or PMP certification strongly preferred
- Active VA network access eligibility preferred
