Engineering Program Manager II IS - Voice Services - Remote

Providence Health & Services is seeking an Engineering Program Manager who will collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to design and manage solutions that enhance caregiver experiences. The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of services, ensuring effective communication and support for the caregiver community.

Responsibilities:

• Define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders
• Engage with caregivers
• Work with engineering to define the solution or service
• Manage the release of the solution/service
• Establish the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem
• Connect with and support the caregiver community

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 or more years of related contact center experience
• Experience in a Healthcare environment
