About this role
Randstad Digital Americas is a global leader in technology, and they are seeking a Data Analyst to join their Corporate Accounting team. This role involves supporting the general ledger close and consolidation process, managing intercompany accounting activities, and driving data governance in a complex SAP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intercompany accounting activities and reconciliations during the monthly close cycle
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including test case execution and result validation
- Maintain general ledger master data and ensure high standards of data governance for financial reporting
- Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to triage system defects and validate fixes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- 5+ years of experience in accounting close execution and financial impact assessment
- 3+ years of proficiency in SAP Finance or similar enterprise accounting systems
- 2+ years of experience executing UAT for accounting and finance tools
- Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting
- Proven ability to work in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment
