Openlink Endur Business Analyst (Back Office)

We are seeking a senior Openlink Endur Business Analyst with a deep specialization in Back Office operations for a long-term remote engagement. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience optimizing transaction settlements and accounting workflows within the Endur ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Provide Endur-specific insights to streamline back-office operational processes and complex transaction settlements.

• Configuration & Support: Utilize and configure core Endur modules, including Accounting Desktop, DMS (Document Management System), Confirms, and Settlement Desktop.

• Requirements Gathering: Act as the primary liaison for Back Office stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into functional Endur enhancements.

• Compliance & Alignment: Ensure all system configurations and operational workflows align with global regulatory and compliance standards.

Technical Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within the Energy/Commodities trading domain.

• Advanced Proficiency in Openlink Endur: Specifically within back-office modules (Settlements, Accounting, Inventory).

• Operational Workflow Expertise: Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from execution through to general ledger posting.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead discussions with accounting and settlements teams to drive system improvements.
