Axalta is a leading company in the coatings industry, and they are seeking a Business Analyst for their Deal Desk team. This role involves supporting the sales team with deal structuring, pricing, and contract management while providing insights based on data analysis to help achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in deal models, pricing strategies, distribution models, financial metrics, and quoting process
- Partner with field sales team to ensure deals are optimized to meet program guidelines and strategic business objectives
- Monitor quoting queue in Salesforce, consistently maintaining expected turn around times
- Perform on-going analysis to support core business activities primarily focused on supporting the sales and operations teams within North America
- Create documentation and training materials related to process and policy
- Develop reports and dashboards to track performance against business initiatives and sales objectives
- Support members of the selling, retention and distribution management teams through customer and partner analysis
- Monitor system (CRM) adoption, process compliance, and data integrity
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization with a focus on scalability and driving operational efficiency
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses as required

- Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ highly preferred
- 2-5 years prior work experience, preferably in a related role
- Existing Project Management, Finance, or FP&A skills highly preferred
