System / Business Analyst with experience in PeopleSoft and ServiceNow

Largeton Group is seeking a System / Business Analyst with experience in PeopleSoft and ServiceNow. The role involves supporting procurement and financial analysis tasks related to IT contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals, and assisting Budget Managers with financial reporting and variance resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Support procurement and financial analysis tasks related to IT contracts, with a focus on timely renewals for licensing, support, and maintenance primarily for MTA s IT Cyber Security Division
• Enter, track, and manage requisitions in PeopleSoft, ensuring proper budget allocation and compliance with procurement and HR policies
• Monitor and process IT contract renewals to prevent service interruptions, collaborating with IT and procurement staff to resolve issues
• Track and report on planned vs. actual expenses, support annual accruals, and provide timely budget and spend information
• Assist Budget Managers with variance resolution and perform basic financial analysis and reporting
• Support consultant and professional services engagements using Beeline Vendor Management System, including onboarding and requisition entry
• Utilize ServiceNow for asset and contract management as needed
• Leverage strong MS Office skills for high-volume, accurate, and independent work; learn new software applications as required

Requirements:

• Experience in PeopleSoft and ServiceNow
• Support procurement and financial analysis tasks related to IT contracts
