Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Assessing prospects to ensure they fit the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Booking qualified meetings and demonstrations for Sales Managers or Account Executives
- Identifying new market opportunities, industry trends, and key players
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Handling customer concerns regarding price, need, or timing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a comparable business development or sales-focused role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools
- You thrive in a fast‑paced, outbound sales environment and bring a resilient, positive attitude—especially when facing rejection
