Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader that simplifies international workforce management. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Digital to lead their digital marketing function, driving brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation globally.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a global digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand vision
- Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
- Own the roadmap for owned and earned digital channels, including website, paid media, SEO, and emerging platforms
- Optimize user journeys to increase engagement and lead conversion
- Drive optimization and A/B testing on digital properties
- Ensure consistency of digital experience across owned channels
- Manage the strategy, UX, and performance of key digital channels (Ex: website, landing pages, conversion flows) to deliver a seamless, high-performing user experience
- Ensure web content and design reflect brand guidelines and support campaign objectives
- Drive conversion rate optimization and personalization strategies
- Manage global paid media programs across search, display, social, and ABM platforms
- Partner with Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive pipeline and ROI
- Monitor and optimize performance using analytics and attribution models
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to amplify thought leadership through digital channels
- Ensure digital assets for blogs, reports, and social campaigns are optimized for engagement and reach
- Innovate new ways to showcase brand expertise through interactive and multimedia formats
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage analytics and reporting, providing insights to inform strategy and improve performance
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
