Arya Health is building the entire non-clinical operational stack for post-acute care with intelligent automation. They are hiring a Business Development Representative to generate high-quality pipeline and engage prospective customers in the post-acute healthcare ecosystem, working closely with the Head of Growth and Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage high-potential prospects within the post-acute care ecosystem
- Identify and qualify franchise operators, independent providers, and healthcare leaders
- Generate curiosity by clearly articulating Arya’s value proposition
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person industry events
- Personalize messaging to resonate with frontline operators and executive stakeholders
- Schedule and qualify meetings for Account Executives
- Engage prospects thoughtfully, fielding questions and addressing objections
- Build trust with potential customers by understanding operational challenges
- Ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives once opportunities are qualified
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Become an expert in Arya’s product, competitive positioning, and industry trends
- Represent Arya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
