Privacy Compliance Engineer

INSPYR Solutions is a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions. They are seeking a Privacy Compliance Engineer to collaborate with legal, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations, while also developing policies and remediation plans.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with legal and privacy teams regarding applicable privacy laws, regulations, and policies
• Participate in the development of new privacy policies and implement relevant processes and procedures
• Assess infrastructure and applications against new privacy laws, regulations, and policies
• Identify gaps and develop remediation plans to comply with privacy laws, regulations, and policies
• Translate legal requirements into implementation requirements and collaborate with engineering teams around implementation

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in privacy compliance and/or privacy engineering roles
• Excellent understanding of GDPR and CCPA regulations and standards
• Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures
• Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and risk assessments
• Bachelor's degree in compliance, data privacy management, business administration, or legal studies
• Strong organizational management skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and reporting skills
