VARITE INC is a company focused on driving the growth of Real-Time CDP Collaboration, a data collaboration and clean room application. The role involves driving post-sale value realization and adoption by working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and product utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead match-making initiatives within the existing customer base, in partnership with sales and post-sales account leads
- Create compelling account-based activations to drive trial and adoption
- Advise customers on strategy and campaign opportunities and deliver active collaborations
- Review ongoing results and learnings with customers to power ongoing collaboration
- Contribute to product-led adoption initiatives
- Collaborate with product, product marketing, and sales teams to develop impactful assets (slides, one-pagers, FAQs)
- Research emerging industry needs and update assets accordingly with the latest product and market information
- Own timely updates of assets to reflect the most up-to-date product and market information
- Collaborate with PM and business development teams to create compelling narratives to attract new partners
- Regularly connect with top partners to jointly drive advertiser demand that leads to live collaborations
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of work experience in advertising technology or marketing technology, direct experience in programmatic advertising technology, media buying or planning (agency or client-side), and launching or managing data collaboration applications is a plus
- While this role is within Product Marketing, experience across customer success management, account management, and post-sale adoption is extremely relevant and welcomed given the focus on value realization
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption programs and delivering outcomes such as ongoing active usage
- Demonstrated success in program management of multiple marketing-related initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into benefits and value that excite customers in the digital advertising and marketing space
- An entrepreneurial mindset to ideate and develop new processes and initiatives, rather than simply supporting those of others
- BA/BS or equivalent experience with strong performance in quantitative coursework and demonstrated success
- MBA is preferred but not required
