Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Research / Evaluation Analyst for ongoing project-based work. The role involves reviewing and assessing domain-specific documents, providing structured feedback, and supporting evaluation projects through consistent review work.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess domain-specific documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Provide structured feedback and detailed evaluations on deliverables
• Analyze documents across multiple consumer-facing or personal domains
• Ensure outputs align with established guidelines and standards
• Support high-impact evaluation projects through consistent review work

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree minimum
• Strong experience in a relevant professional domain
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong document analysis and review abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
