Miro is a visual workspace for innovation that enables distributed teams to build the next big thing. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to help generate meetings and sales pipeline, profile accounts, and drive revenue by engaging with prospects and users. This role is crucial for unlocking the full value of Miro for its customers and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with our Commercial sales team to help generate meetings and sales pipeline
- Profile accounts to help define appropriate expansion strategies
- Reach out to new trials/users within our current customer base to drive more revenue
- Work with marketing on executing campaigns and events
- Master the art of discovery, and inspire new use cases where Miro can solve our customer’s challenges
- Help shape Miro's AI strategy from the ground up - as a maker, not a user. You'll be an active contributor to how our SDR team builds and applies AI into daily workflows
- Use a variety of methods (email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users, and decision makers
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree from a university
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
