Job Title: Project Coordinator: II

This role is onsite 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Typical working hours are 6 AM - 2 PM.
Description:
- Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication, and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
- This resource will coordinate VPP projects to advance the safety culture and awareness collaborating with the VPP PM and leadership. They will also support recent audit findings related to inventory and materials at the yard by performing an initial inventory of materials and creating a process to maintain the inventory.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in utility operations, familiarity with material handling, and safety-first experience and culture
- Looking for someone with Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work with represented employees; detail oriented / organizational skills
