NOON Aesthetics is a fast-growing medical-grade skincare company seeking passionate and experienced Account Executives – Education & Sales to join their expanding U.S. team. The role involves developing relationships with dermatology clinics and medical spas, delivering practice development support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow relationships with dermatology clinics, medical spas, and plastic surgery practices
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying and converting prospective accounts
- Deliver practice development support, including staff onboarding, product training, marketing strategies and sales support
- Organize in-practice events and represent the brand at trade shows and professional seminars
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in the medical aesthetics industry (skincare, medical devices, injectables)
- Proven experience working directly with medical clinics, including dermatologists, medspas, and plastic surgeons
- Strong training capabilities, including the ability to lead full product education sessions from A to Z
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey in medical aesthetics, consistently takes initiative, and exemplifies a proactive, service-oriented approach
- Clinical or esthetician background strongly preferred
