Finster AI is a Series A stage firm redefining the future of finance with an AI-native research and task automation platform. They are seeking a Senior Product Owner (UX) to lead the translation of strategic product vision into user-centric outcomes, owning the product backlog and collaborating with design, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product strategy into a clear, actionable roadmap focused on user value and experience
• Act as the primary owner of the product backlog, prioritising items based on business value, user needs, and technical dependencies
• Collaborate deeply with design and engineering to refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Use data, research, and quantitative feedback to make informed prioritisation decisions
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Clarify user stories, break down complex features, and ensure development teams have what they need to deliver with confidence
• Translate business goals into user outcomes, managing expectations and ensuring alignment
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on experience improvements
