Google is known for its innovative technologies, products, and services, and they are seeking a Cloud Compensation Business Partner. This role will ensure that compensation for specific product areas is both externally competitive and internally reasonable, while partnering with various teams to manage compensation programs and provide insights.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the business context, structure appropriate compensation interventions and provide customized insights as the compensation partner lead for a portfolio of functions across Google
- Work closely with other compensation analysts, managers, business leaders, people partners, and recruiting teams to provide guidance and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related business problems
- Manipulate large data sets in complex ways to tease the meaning from the numbers and convey findings to leadership
- Participate in the research, development and administration of assigned compensation programs. Monitor program success and play a governance role in the review of compensation policies
- Work on special projects such as market data benchmarking, pay-for-performance analyses and compensation business reviews
