Head / Director, Sales and Business Development - AI Solutions - Credit Unions and Community banks

Xen.ai is a global leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) research and development, dedicated to transforming operations for financial institutions such as credit unions and community banks. They are seeking a dynamic Head or Director of Sales and Business Development for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) AI Solutions tailored for these institutions. This role will drive growth by forging strategic partnerships and expanding market presence through innovative AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales and business development efforts for AI solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), targeting credit unions and community banks
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
• Consultative selling , identify customer leads from your network, act as a trusted advisor for the customer, have a deep understanding of customer's business challenges that can be addressed using AI solutions
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the Credit Unions, Community Banks, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
• Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored proposals
• Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with customer needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Monitor market trends to inform strategic planning
