COMCON Pharma Consulting is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead their product marketing strategy and execution. This role involves bridging various teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth while ensuring effective positioning to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation
- Identify target customer segments, buyer personas, and market opportunities
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases
- Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Ensure successful market adoption and revenue growth for product offerings
- Create compelling messaging frameworks, product narratives, and sales enablement materials
- Oversee development of product collateral, case studies, presentations, and website content
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer-facing channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Monitor customer feedback and industry developments to refine positioning and strategy
- Provide actionable insights to Product and Executive leadership teams
- Partner with Sales teams to improve product knowledge, positioning, and deal support
- Develop sales training programs, pitch decks, battle cards, and enablement resources
- Support strategic customer engagements and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer needs into product strategies
- Analyze customer adoption, engagement, and retention metrics
- Advocate for customer-centric product development and marketing initiatives
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product marketing initiatives
- Measure campaign effectiveness, product adoption, and market impact
- Optimize GTM strategies based on data-driven insights
- Build and lead high-performing product marketing teams
- Mentor product marketers and establish best practices
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12–15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B marketing
- Proven experience launching and scaling successful products
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
- Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Executive teams
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
