The Senior Technical Recruiter will be instrumental in building recruiting processes, defining talent needs, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and engage top talent in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help build processes, implement programs, and achieve strong results by being resourceful
- Define hiring needs by looking at projected growth, team structure and current talent trends
- Define talent needs, source and prescreen candidates, partner with hiring managers, ensure a smooth and fluid process, and identify closing strategies for offers
- Proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
- Change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment
