OnePay is a consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better. As Head of Brand Marketing & Strategy, you will shape how millions connect with the OnePay brand by defining narratives and leading integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own brand strategy and positioning, defining OnePay’s core narrative, differentiation, and value proposition across products and audiences
- Lead integrated campaign strategy and creative direction across channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand expression across paid, owned, earned, and in-product experiences
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into clear messaging frameworks that drive awareness, trust, and conversion
- Define priority audiences, customer segments, and ideal customer profiles using research and analytics to ensure messaging resonates with high-value users and growth opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Social, Communications, and Executive leadership to align brand strategy with company priorities and growth goals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or integrated marketing leadership
- Strong strategic and creative instincts, with experience leading integrated campaigns
- Deep understanding of customer research, audience segmentation, positioning frameworks, and translating insights into compelling messaging and storytelling
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence executives, align stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple teams
- Experience working closely with Analytics teams to define KPIs, measure brand effectiveness, and connect brand investments to business outcomes
