Sound Credit is a company at the intersection of music, technology, and the global creator economy, seeking a Director of Marketing to drive subscription growth and user engagement. The role involves leading digital marketing strategies, managing creator relationships, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing strategy across paid social, content, and demand generation channels
- Drive adoption and subscription revenue growth
- Own GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and performance dashboards to optimize the full funnel
- Build and manage DTC funnels, landing pages, email campaigns, and conversion strategies
- Build scalable marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Execute video initiatives including testimonials and creator spotlights
- Produce digital marketing assets (ads, graphics, social visuals)
- Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with artists, producers, and creators
- Identify and manage relationships with top creators, producers, and influencers
- Lead authentic, creator-led campaigns within a fast-paced production environment
- Track and optimize influencer and community-driven performance
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, UX, and retention
- Lead customer research, feedback loops, and experimentation
- Help shape long-term brand identity and marketing infrastructure
- Present growth strategy, campaigns, KPIs, and results to leadership and investors
- Provide insight on market trends, creator behavior, and growth opportunities
