Senior Product Manager

CTC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee the delivery of fully developed products for the Medicaid segment of Humana. The role involves analyzing complex issues, conducting feasibility studies, and engaging with customers to understand market needs while managing the product management lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use
• Investigate facts and develop solutions to problems during the design and planning phases
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, resolution adjustments based on viability
• Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leaders
• Be responsible for feasibility studies, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends
• Influence department's strategy
• Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
• Shepherd the product management lifecycle using product tools such as ADO, Jira align and other enterprise tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Must have experience with Clinical Platforms
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must have experience working with a SaaS vendor
