Business Development Specialist, K–12 Teacher & Leader Evaluation Systems

Learning Sciences International is a mission-driven organization committed to ending generational poverty and eliminating achievement gaps. They are seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand partnerships with K–12 schools and districts nationwide, focusing on building relationships and managing a pipeline for teacher and leader evaluation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with superintendents, principals, and district leaders
• Lead consultative conversations around teacher & leader evaluation systems
• Manage a pipeline from first conversation through signed partnership
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to education leaders
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a District-level instructional leader (including HR or evaluation systems)
• Direct experience with teacher and leader evaluation systems (Marzano, Danielson, etc.)
• Experience leading or supporting instructional improvement initiatives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Experience facilitating professional development for educators
• Familiarity with school improvement frameworks and standards-based instruction
