They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support direct technology partners by managing relationships, identifying opportunities, and assisting with cloud infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing partner relationships
- Prospect for new partner opportunities
- Negotiate and close partner opportunities
- Support MSPs and resellers with cloud platform questions
- Lead partner discovery calls
- Identify opportunities within partner environments and client bases
- Help with pre-sales technical discussions
- Assist with cloud quotes and solution design
- Provide product training and platform guidance
- Work with internal sales, support, and technical teams
Requirements:
- Technical background and strong interest in cloud infrastructure
- Understanding of servers, networking, storage, and public cloud
- Strong prospecting skills
- Strong communication and discovery skills
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, IT teams, and technical contacts
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
