- FileCloud Administration & Support Manage FileCloud, handle user onboarding, troubleshooting, and provide end-user technical support.
- Cloud Operations & Monitoring Monitor system performance, ensure availability, and maintain stable cloud infrastructure operations.
- Security & Compliance Implement security best practices, ensure compliance standards, and support secure cloud operations.
- Patching & Maintenance Perform regular system patching, upgrades, and handle on-call support including nights and weekends.
- Collaboration & Troubleshooting Work with cross-functional teams, resolve complex infrastructure issues, and provide clear status updates.
