Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute
- Comfortable using Windows‑based desktop systems
- Strong adherence to processes with a customer‑first mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, analytical, and solution‑oriented approach
- Emotional awareness and ability to perform under pressure
- Openness to feedback, schedule flexibility, and evolving procedures
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate situations and act decisively
- High‑speed wired internet connection
- Minimum 15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
- Low latency and no packet loss
- No satellite, mobile hotspot, P2P, or VPN connections
- Internet speed verification required
- Dedicated, quiet, and distraction‑free workspace
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- College education is a plus, not required
