Senior Product Manager - Healthcare

CTC is seeking a Senior Product Manager in the Healthcare domain, responsible for coordinating cross-functional project teams from design to delivery of products for the Medicaid segment of Humana. The role involves investigating facts, developing solutions, and monitoring performance while providing updates to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products that are ready for customer use
• Investigate facts and develop solutions to problems during the design and planning phases
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, resolution adjustments based on viability
• Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leaders
• Conduct feasibility studies, identify product gaps, and define product requirements
• Engage with customers to understand market needs and trends
• Influence department's strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
• Shepherd the product management lifecycle using product tools such as ADO, Jira align and other enterprise tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of technical experience
• Must have experience with Clinical Platforms
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must have experience working with a SaaS vendor
