They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to their sales processes, ensuring the sales team operates effectively with data-driven insights and optimized workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, gaps, inefficiencies, and implement improvements that accelerate deal progression and revenue generation
- Data, Reporting & Insights: Leverage sales data to build dashboards, forecasts, and insights that support strategic decision-making and help teams prioritize effectively
- Process Standardization & Enablement: Define, document, and refine sales processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Tools & Systems Management: Own and optimize the sales tech stack (CRM, automation tools, reporting systems) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
- Cross-Team Alignment: Act as a connective layer between teams, ensuring handoffs, metrics, and workflows are aligned across the revenue lifecycle
