Business Analyst IV

ICONMA is a client-focused banking company seeking a Business Analyst IV for their remote team. The role involves providing specialized governance and control guidance, implementing policies, and supporting business objectives through analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• The Governance and Control Analyst IV provides specialized business governance and control guidance and support for a business or functional area and implements policies slash procedures and processes and or initiatives to meet business governance and control objectives
• May provide complex reporting analysis testing and assessments at the functional and enterprise level
• Participates as a member of the team, supports a positive work environment and ensures timely communication
• Supports team by regularly enhancing knowledge and expertise in own area and participates in knowledge transfer
• Keeps current on emerging trends and developments and grows knowledge of business, related tools and techniques
• Keeps others informed about the status and progress of projects
• Contributes to team development of skills and capabilities through mentorship of others by sharing knowledge and experience and leveraging best practices
• Contributes to a fair positive and equitable environment
• Acts as a brand ambassador of our business area function and the bank
• Conduct Walkthroughs with Stakeholders, complete Design and Operating Effectiveness Testing, communicate findings and work with the Lines of Businesses throughout the process
