Besty AI is the leading AI-native operating system for the short-term rental and hotel industry. They are seeking a founding Account Executive to own the entire sales cycle, build the go-to-market process, and help grow the company from seed to Series A and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and renewal
- Generate pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven outbounding - cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and multi-threaded campaigns
- Run discovery, lead product demos, navigate procurement, and negotiate commercial terms
- Build the GTM playbook alongside the Head of Sales - sequences, scripts, ICP definition, objection handling, and pricing
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive ROI and net-revenue retention
- Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
